Shipping and Returns

THE PRIVÉ PROMISE 

Our goal is to offer affordable, high-quality, beautifully designed eyewear you’ll love. If for any reason you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return your frames for a full refund. Frames must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date, unworn, in the original packing, and with the original shipping invoice. Refund will be applied to your original form of payment, including PayPal. All prescription lenses are non-refundable.

COVID-19 Update

All parcels returned to facilities will be quarantined for 72 hours following delivery.  The returns process will begin after this time period has elapsed.  This protocol will help ensure the safety of our employees as they are handling outside parcels directly from the public. Stay healthy, and thank you for your support!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

  • Your order will ship within 2 business days from the order date.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

We currently ship to all addresses in all European Union countries (free shipping on all orders), non-E.U. countries (15 €) and Africa (15 €).

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Not totally satisfied with your purchase? We want to make it right. That's why returns at PRIVÉ REVAUX are easy.

You may return any frame for any reason within 14 days of the original purchase date to receive a full merchandise refund on the frames via your original form of payment (including PayPal). Merchandise must be returned and received unworn, in the original packaging, with the original shipping invoice.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

Just follow these simple steps for: 

    • Send an email to customerservice.eu@priverevaux.com with the following information:
    • Order number (ie. #1012)
    • Email address used with the order
    • Reason for return
    • Customer Service will take care of your request as soon as possible (but might take up to 24 hours) and will provide instructions via email reply
    • When you received the authorization from Customer Service, please pack your item(s) in the original packaging including any documentation - make sure the package is secure and that the contents do not risk being damaged during shipping.
    • Purchase your choice of postage and affix label on the outside of the package covering any previous address label.

    Please allow 7-10 days to process your return and credit your original form of payment. Postage is required for return.
